Meditation Verse: Psalm 41 “set me in Your presence forever.”

This is another Psalm where the Psalmist cries out to God for help, by the end of the Psalm he is so comforted by God’s presence that he wants to hold onto that feeling forever.  I don’t know about you but if I was more aware of God’s constant presence, I would moderate my behaviour with less impatience and outbursts of annoyance over the little things. (eg: why does no-one else replace the empty toilet roll/pick up their wet towels?). Try to pause a few times today to remember that God’s presence is with you, I’m certainly going to give it a try!
