Meditation Verse: Psalm 27 “The Lord is my stronghold”

I was reflecting in my local Renew space yesterday how even when our physical and mental strength is low, God still holds us, we are held in strength.  I’ve certainly had periods in my life when my prayers seem to bounce off the ceiling, but God knows what we need and He carries us through, we can lean on Him because He holds us strongly.  A stronghold is a place that has been fortified against attack, even on the days we are not ok we are fortified by God’s protection and love.  I would like to share this song from the Porters Gate Album made in collaboration with our friends at Sanctuary Mental Health Ministries, may it be a blessing to you today.
