Weekly Meditation Verse: Psalm 97 “The Lord Reigns”

I have just had the most encouraging weekend, on Saturday Mark and I travelled to Newcastle-upon-Tyne to support a beautiful Renew space on their open day, it was a day filled with connecting; people, activities and cake!  We then met up with a good friend on Sunday for a long overdue coffee and catch up so lots more connecting there too!  I am constantly amazed by the heart of various people across our nation for the Renew Wellbeing ethos.  If you haven’t had a chance to look at our website yet, please try to have a look soon. www.renewwellbeing.org.uk
