Meditation Verse: Psalm 9 “You are my stronghold in times of trouble.”
It’s interesting that first thing that comes to mind when we think of a stronghold is a fortress, yet I would like to suggest that our gentle Renew spaces are a stronghold too. With more than 280 Renew spaces across the country, that’s many places to take refuge but there is still more need. Jesus says in Mark chapter 9:
“36 He took a little child whom he placed among them. Taking the child in his arms, he said to them, 37 “Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.”
