Weekly Meditation Verse: Psalm 115 “May you be blessed by the Lord.”

In our Renew spaces there is a lot of blessing going on, in our prayer Rhythms we may look at Psalm 103:1-5 “Bless the Lord O my soul, bless His holy name…” our prayer times often finish with a blessing too.  It is a precious thing to be blessed by the Lord and when we Bless His holy name, we are worshiping, praising and being in awe of God our Father and Creator.  Often we feel almost embarrassed; unworthy to bless God and it can be tricky for first time visitors to our prayer spaces to join in, so I would recommend searching the internet for images of ‘Word Clouds of the names of God’ these can be printed out and displayed in your prayer spaces as a prompt, alternatively could you make your own artwork of the names of God as a group activity?  As a starting point try listening to the worship song ‘Way Maker’.
