Meditation Verse: Psalm 40 \u201cYou set my feet on a rock\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 <\/sup><\/strong>I waited patiently for the Lord; Well, I\u2019m back again after an enforced period of rest which has been a bit disconcerting. This week\u2019s psalm meditation is exactly what I need to hear at the moment, since I fell and broke my arm a couple of weeks ago, I\u2019ve been a bit more careful about where I put my feet so it\u2019s good to know that I have a firm place to stand. Unlike the Psalmist, I have not waited patiently (see my previous blog) but I believe the Lord still heard my cry and as I gently step back into my role, the blessings of Renew are a real balm to my frustrated soul. I have re-visited the A-Z of wellbeing and received so much from just reading the chapter on A for Acceptance, I\u2019d recommend it to you.
