Meditation Verse: Psalm 31 \u201cMy times are in your hands\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is well known in my closer circles that I can be a bit impatient to get to the next thing. This is great for getting things done but can lead to frustration. I have had to learn over the past few years that things are in God\u2019s timing, not mine!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the moment I am looking forward to the Olympics and my trip to our Renew space in Northallerton tomorrow, so not too much longer to wait for either of those but as we approach August where the Renew team take a much-needed rest, I will try to slow down a bit so I have the energy needed for what the Autumn brings. There are many verses in the Bible about waiting on God\u2019s timing, one of which we will be reflecting on in this week\u2019s retreat, Isaiah 40:31<\/p>\n\n\n\n
