I am loving the recent improvement in the weather, we\u2019ve even had some sunshine in East Lancashire this week and today I had my first morning prayer in the garden. After so much rain in the preceding months I find myself looking up to check for clouds and in doing this I have noticed garden birds building nests and felt the warm sun on my face. These signs of spring are the best medicine for the soul and certainly improve my own well-being. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
