Meditation Verse: Psalm 8 \u201cHow majestic is Your name in all the earth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During morning prayer we pause after the first phrase to bless His holy name, this is always a special moment as people in the room share what God means to them on that day. This Psalm goes on to talk about what we mean to God too:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c3 <\/sup><\/strong>When I consider your heavens, 5 <\/sup><\/strong>You have made them[d<\/a>]<\/sup> a little lower than the angels[e<\/a>]<\/sup> Again, we see a phrase from the Renew Morning prayer \u201cHe crowns you with glory and honour.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n Let\u2019s never forget that our relationship with God is a two way thing, here is one of my favourite worship songs from recent years:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
4 <\/sup><\/strong>what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?[c<\/a>]<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n
and crowned them[f<\/a>]<\/sup> with glory and honour.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
