I believe that the very act of turning up at your Renew space is the best sort of kindness, giving up of your free time to give company to others and with over 250 Renew spaces across the UK and beyond, in this troubled word, the kindness is spreading daily.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being kind can be underrated and I am especially bad a showing kindness to myself.&nbsp; If you are with me in this, try to imagine Jesus saying the unkind words you scold yourself with, to you. If he covers us with kindness as a shield, we can throw off the negative thoughts and comments more easily and show ourselves some kindness.&nbsp; Remember Ephesians 2:10:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong><sup>10&nbsp;<\/sup><\/strong>For we are God\u2019s masterpiece.
